Traditionally, Earl Grey teas are enjoyed with a slice of lemon, which pairs well with the bergamot oils of the blend. We chose to challenge this convention and crafted an Earl Grey tea specifically for milk teas. By using finely ground Madagascar vanilla beans during the blending process, the strong vanilla scent enhances the flavor of the milk. We highly recommend adding some orange-blossom honey to the milk tea, as the citrus flavors will bring out the bergamot scents as well. | |
