$5 flat-rate shipping on orders between $0.01 and $199.99 throughout the contiguous United States.

Free shipping on orders shipping throughout the contiguous U.S. where the product value exceeds $200.

Shipping Time

Most orders will ship within two to three business days.

Our warehouses continue to maintain social-distancing protocols for the safety of its employees and communities. This may results in a few delays beyond this 2–3 day window. We appreciate your continued understanding.

Tracking

You can track your order anytime through your Account page.

Additionally, once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can track online via the carrier.

Please check spam folders for correspondences from us regarding order updates.

Shipping Address Amendments

If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by
email (support@hocc-lace.com). However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email (support@hocc-lace.com). Once accepted, the payment will be refunded into your account which may take up to 10 business days. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing/shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Additionally, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.
